Air & Water Balancing & Troubleshooting

Designtest & Balance Co. Ltd. is a Toronto-based firm specializing in air and water balancing with over 40 years of experience. We have completed projects of all sizes across commercial, hospital, industrial, pharmaceutical, and institutional sectors, including the Terminal Development Project at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Our services also include sound testing, vibration analysis, duct leak testing, HVAC commissioning and troubleshooting, indoor air quality investigations, and dynamic balancing.


Presenters:

Surrinder Sahota (President) Surrinder Sahota founded Designtest & Balance Co. Ltd. in 1983 after eight years in the air balancing industry. An active member and former president of the Canadian Chapter of AABC, he is recognized for his expertise in testing and balancing on major projects including airports, power plants, hospitals, universities, and pharmaceutical facilities.

Arjun Sahota (Operations Manager) Arjun Sahota has been with Designtest since 2016, progressing from technician to Operations Manager. He has led and managed major projects across the Greater Toronto Area, including Sanofi Pasteur Buildings 100 and 200, Bay Adelaide Scotiabank North Tower, and T3 Sterling.
