"Terry and Scott will speak about reducing carbon in buildings and what building operators can do now . The path to “Net Zero” for many buildings will require a capital plan that gets executed over many years, perhaps one or two decades. Building operators are key members to this transition and they can make changes now to reduce carbon ( energy and costs ) today until these capital plans come to realization. "
